Crothall Experts Contribute Advice to American Laundry News

Several Crothall Laundry Services leaders share their advice in a discussion of tough stain removal.

Tom Mara, President of Crothall's Victor Kramer laundry consulting division, and regular contributor to American Laundry News, provides insights to laundry managers on the topic of preventing and dealing with the most stubborn stains.

Mara also solicits the expertise of other successful Crothall managers who demonstrate their thought leadership on the topic.

Some excerpts:

"Joe Lee, a senior consultant and a thoroughly knowledgeable healthcare operator with unique washroom chemistry expertise, has convinced me and our clients that there is no reasonable justification for accepting any level of stain."

"Hydrogen peroxide-based formulae and flush-water intercoolers are the best ways to avoid Betadine and blood stains in goods processed in a tunnel washer, says Ian Bigelow, a Crothall unit manager who is also corporate energy specialist."
