Crothall Acquires Medi-Dyn

Move increases Crothall's share of the healthcare support services market and strengthens presence in western US.

WAYNE, PA, Jul 15 - Crothall Services Group, of Wayne, PA, announced the completion of its acquisition of Englewood, Colorado-based Medi-Dyn, Inc., a provider of health care support services. Through the acquisition, Medi-Dyn becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Crothall Services Group. The transaction was finalized on Thursday, July 10, 2008.

"This acquisition will benefit our organization immensely, through access to Medi-Dyn’s impressive depth of management talent, as well as its successful recruiting and training processes.  It also opens up new vertical sales opportunities to Medi-Dyn’s strong existing customer base," said Bobby Kutteh, Crothall President & CEO.

The acquisition increases Crothall's market share, adding 58 healthcare contracts in 17 states, in Environmental Services, Laundry Management, and Patient Transportation. The move also solidifies Crothall's market leadership position and strengthens the company’s presence in Texas and the western United States.

The two companies’ operational synergies, management excellence, and client-focused service will make the transition seamless for customers.  The operational structure of Medi-Dyn will remain intact, operating under the Medi-Dyn name, as it continues to serve its clients with its present leadership and management.
