Crothall Helps Infection Control Efforts at Prince William Hospital

The May 2008 issue of Managing Infection Control includes an article submitted by Bonnie Harris, CIC, Director of Infection Control at Prince William Hospital in Manassas, VA, a Crothall Environmental Services client.

The article, titled "Infection Prevention and Control Wears Many Hats but Only Has Two Hands and Two Eyes," explains that Infection Control is the responsibility of everyone in the hospital.

Part of this effort has been Crothall, which instituted a new policy of using microfiber mops throughout the facility in 2007.  Harris discusses the benefits to both infection control as well as employee safety that the new technology has brought.

Crothall is proud to support the efforts of Bonnie Harris at Prince William Hospital, as well as the Infection Control teams at all of our Environmental Services client hospitals.
