Crothall Employee Inspires, Appears in Healthcare Hospitality Book

What's Right in Health Care - 365 Stories of Purpose, Worthwhile Work, and Making a Difference is wonderful publication compiled in 2007 by Studer Group that recounts personal stories of an inspirational nature that have taken place within a healthcare setting.

Ms. Sheila Griner wrote of her personal experience after her husband received care at Medical University of South Carolina, a Crothall Environmental Services client.

She recounts the pleasant encounters with everyone from Admissions, to Nursing, to the Pharmacy.  Ms. Griner even took the time to specifically mention the caring service of her Housekeeper, Ms. Ernestine Cash, a Crothall employee since 1998:

"Ms. Cash knocked on our door each day, introducing herself, explaining what she would like to do (mop, clean the bathroom, empty trash, etc.) and would ask if this was a good time for her to come in."

We congratulate Ernestine and the entire MUSC hospital staff for striving for making a positive impact on the patients that pass through the hospital, receiving not just superior medical care, but exceptional personal care as well.

Ms. Ernestine Cash, Crothall EVS Associate at

Medical University of South Carolina
