Fred has always been a very knowledgeable technician with a reputation for providing excellent customer service. But it is his caring and compassionate personality which sets him apart from his peers at Hubbard Regional Hospital. He is liked not only by the staff, but also by patients who come in regularly for treatment. The patients actually look for him, as he always provides a kind word and a warm smile. What the patients don't know is just how much care Fred puts into the equipment that is used to treat them. He feels it is his personal responsibility to make sure that everything is operating as it should. He stays late, comes in on his days off.all to ensure that the staff is comfortable with the performance of newly installed or repaired equipment. To him, the tools the doctors and staff use to treat patients has to be better than good.it has to be perfect.
