Michael Bailey, SVP Crothall Laundry Division
Background
Info: Michael Bailey entered the facilities management industry in New England in
1977 as a Supervisor for a janitorial service company while still in college. In October 1991,
Michael was one of the original founders of Crothall Services Group. In those early days, Mike
wore many hats, including: sales, start-ups, recruiting and operations. He was heavily involved
in the successful start-up of many of our first hospitals including Athens Regional Medical
Center. Over the years, Mike has managed the growth of the company’s Canadian division,
started the housekeeping program at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and began Crothall’s
West Coast business. In 1999, Mike took on responsibility for North American laundries. Mike
has been instrumental in the company’s success over the past 15 years, and as Senior
Vice President, now heads up Crothall’s successful Laundry Division.

John Gianotti, EVP/COO, Crothall Business & Industry
Background
Info: John began his career in 1979, when he joined ServiceMaster, Inc., as a Management
Trainee, and then served in several positions of increasing responsibility, both with ServiceMaster
and with Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. In late 1986, John joined Graeme Crothall and
his team at Quornden Inc., and then continued with the team as District Manager for Marriott
Corporation, Facilities Management Division. In 1991, as one of the original founders, John
joined Crothall Services Group as a Regional Manager. In December 1995, John was promoted to
Regional Vice President following years of outstanding performance. In October 2003, John was
promoted to Senior Vice President. He has since been named Chief Operating Officer, and now
heads up Crothall Business & Industry, applying his experience in the health care field
to the Crothall’s budding commercial sector.

Rich Feczko, National Director of Training & Development
Background
Info: Rich Feczko joined Crothall in October 1991 as a Manager Trainee. Rich held
several successful housekeeping management positions over the next few years. He demonstrated
considerable ability in inspiring and educating associates and supervisors and was often tapped
by Crothall for training, start-up and troubleshooting assignments. In recognition of his considerable
technical, leadership, and teaching skills, Rich was appointed as Training Manager for the
Central West Division in October 2002. In January 2005, after two years of dedicated field
and corporate management training, including participating in prestigious sales processes,
Rich was named National Director of Training and Development. In this role, Rich oversees the
standardization of training systems, programs and technology throughout the company.

Mary Spitzer, Director, Covenant Health Properties
Background
Info: Mary Spitzer joined Crothall in October 1991 as a Housekeeper at Methodist Medical
Center in Oak Ridge, TN. Over the next several years, Mary was promoted to Supervisor and then
to Unit Director. Her hard work, dedication, and commitment to quality were rewarded in December
2000 when she was honored with the prestigious Terry Bachelor Award. Today, Mary is Director
at Covenant Health Properties in the Knoxville and Oak Ridge area.

Tom McCullough, VP of Laundry Operations
Background
Info: Tom began his facilities management career while in college. In 1991, he joined
Crothall as Resident Regional Manager and was also responsible for chairing the Crothall Corporate
Safety Committee. One of his responsibilities was Crothall’s first account, Athens Regional
Medical Center, for which Tom still retains oversight to this day. In February 1993, Tom was
promoted to Regional Manager overseeing clients in the southern region. Over the next few years,
Tom enjoyed Regional Vice President positions for children’s hospitals, and then the
Southern Region. In June 2000, he became the Vice President of Laundry Operations. He continues
in this role, helping to further the success of this division.

Nick Reynolds, Director, Baptist Hospital
of East Tennessee
Background
Info: In 1991, Crothall incorporated in partnership with Morrison to offer multiple
services to clients. At that time, Nick Reynolds joined Morrison as a part-time employee while
he was still in college at Point Park College. His first job was washing dishes and preparing
food. Nick’s strong work ethic and commitment to quality was rewarded and he received
several promotions throughout the years. Since those early years, Nick has held several positions
at Crothall including: Supervisor, Assistant Director, and Director. He is currently Director
at Baptist Hospital of East Tennessee where he is exceeding customer expectations and has become
a valued extension of the hospital’s leadership team.

Info: As a junior in high school, John checked into the biomedical field and thought, “That's
the career for me!” So after graduation, he attended Penn State University and earned
an Associates Degree in Engineering Technology with a major in Biomedical Equipment Technology.
He’s been working with Kinetic ever since, and currently acts as Supervisor for the Central
Service Center.
