Our customers and our people are an inspiration. It is so refreshing to see first hand what a meaningful impact we have had, in collaboration with our customers, by adding value to the vast array of constituents we serve.

We do this by staying true to our guiding values (always displayed on the inside cover of this magazine) and by providing superior-quality support solutions tailored to meet our customers’ needs. Celebrations addresses some of these specific needs and the solutions we have developed in response to them.

In this issue, our main feature focuses on the key role Environmental Services plays in preventing the spread of infection in the healthcare setting. While hospitals and government regulators try to establish winning strategies in the battle against HAIs, our teams are on the front lines, making sure that the environment is clean, healthy, and safe for patients and staff.

We also take a broad look at how our focus on compassionate care goes a long way to driving employee, client, and patient satisfaction. Even those members of the support services team that don’t interface directly with patients on a daily basis have an opportunity to help create a great hospital experience for everyone.

We begin our 3-part series examining the top issues facing healthcare executives and how Crothall’s solutions provide our clients support in several important ways to meet these challenges.

Celebrations is also an opportunity to share some amazing stories of our people in action—meeting challenges, exceeding expectations, and touching hearts. I can’t even begin to tell you how honored I am to be part of a company with such exceptional people.
